Applied Intelligence ("we", "us") operates appliedintelligence.company, a platform where students apply and take a short skills assessment to be considered for remote AI data annotation project work.

Application details you give us: your email address, full name, and — optionally — a phone number and Telegram username.

Assessment data: your answers, scores, and timing in the skills assessment (typing, English, visual attention, ambiguity, and instruction-following exercises). Mouse movement is measured only during the 20-second mouse-accuracy exercise, to score precision — we do not track your cursor anywhere else.

Telegram account data, only if you choose to connect Telegram: your Telegram ID, first/last name, username, and language code, as provided by Telegram.

Technical data: the IP address of authentication requests (kept for abuse prevention) and standard web-server logs.

One functional cookie that keeps you signed in to your application. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

To process your application, run the skills assessment, and score it.

To contact you about your application status and, if approved, about project work.

To prevent abuse of the platform (bot detection via Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limiting, one-time email verification codes).

We never sell your data.

We never ask you for money, payment details, or card numbers — applying and taking the assessment is free.

We never use your data for advertising.

Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on forms (Cloudflare processes limited technical signals to distinguish humans from bots).

Telegram — only if you choose to connect your Telegram account or join our Telegram channel; Telegram’s own privacy policy applies to your use of Telegram.

We share candidate data with no one else, except where the law requires it.

Your data is stored in our own database on servers we control, protected by access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS).

We keep application and assessment data while your application is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can retry or continue. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely.
